In addition to effectively melting fat,  it can cleans the cells from toxins, reduce acne and improve the overall health of skin and hair.

Ceylon cinnamon stimulates metabolism and regulates blood sugar levels.

Lemon removes toxins and helps break down food in the digestive tract.

Apples are rich in fiber and provide a feeling of satiety.

On top of all of the mentioned health benefits, the combination of apples and Ceylon cinnamon has an excellent taste.

So let’s dump those processed drinks full of sugar and empty calories, and substitute it with much healthier alternative!

Ingredients:

  • 3.5 dl of water
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of Ceylon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon of brown sugar (or stevia to sweeten it up)
  • ½ of sliced apple

Preparation:

All the ingredients, except the apples, blend in a blender for 10 seconds.

In the resulting juice add pieces of sliced apples.

Drink immediately by gently sipping the juice while nibbling bits of apple.

Leave it overnight in a refrigerator.

Strain and dissolve in a glass bottle.

If desired, you can drink the juice throughout the day. However, drinking it immediately after a meal has the best results on weight loss.
