1. Stop eating cereal
Most people like to consume breakfast cereals – it’s fast, easy and delectable meal, it seems healthy and easy. In fact, most muesli, cereals and grains are packed with carbohydrates, and don’t contain a sufficient amount of protein and fiber. Simply, they are not the best choice when it comes to nutritional value.
So instead of taking cereal every morning, rather go for a balanced meal that includes 13 to 20 grams of protein, 6 grams of fiber and 10 to 15 grams of healthy fat.
