BREAKFAST: Because Of This, You Will NEVER Lose Weight

Despite the fact that you eat healthy and balanced meals, including breakfast, you just can’t seem to get rid of excess weight?

Most experts argued whether breakfast is the most crucial meal when it comes to speeding up the metabolism. As it turns out that is where most people make mistakes…

Actually, there are 3 major misconceptions regarding breakfast.  Nutritionists explain that only if you can remove certain food the process of weight loss will finally begin. Slowly, though, but certainly …

So, let’s dive into what you have to know when it comes to foods that you consume in the morning.

1. Stop eating cereal

Most people like to consume breakfast cereals – it’s fast, easy and delectable meal, it seems healthy and easy. In fact, most muesli, cereals and grains are packed with carbohydrates, and don’t contain a sufficient amount of protein and fiber. Simply, they are not the best choice when it comes to nutritional value.

So instead of taking cereal every morning, rather go for a balanced meal that includes 13 to 20 grams of protein, 6 grams of fiber and 10 to 15 grams of healthy fat. In practice, this means that it’s best to have a healthy smoothie, fruit and yogurt, as well as oatmeal can be a good choice in combination with other foods.

2. Start listening to your body

Most people are not sure when to eat in the morning and many people listen to expert advice on how it’s important not to skip breakfast even when you are not hungry.

That is why, it happens that some people eat twice before noon. Listen to your body on when you should eat.  Do not eat if you are really not hungry. This is unlikely to be before 9 or 10 o’clock in the morning.

3. Stop “eating with your eyes”

Another big mistake is that most people look at the amount of servings. We all know that our eyes are often hungrier than the body.

We often eat so much food that the number of calories in breakfast goes up to 600, while not eating anything nutritious and healthy.

Many will tell you not to bother calculating calories, but that’s not true. It’s very important, because of the other meals during the day.

Try to keep breakfast below 400 calories.
